Ezekiel 44:1-2,
"Then the man brought me back to the east gateway in the outer wall, but it was closed and the LORD said to me, "This gate must remain closed; it will never again be opened. No man will ever pass through it, for the LORD, the God of Israel, entered here"...

---->Have you ever wondered why the east gate had to remain closed? Several 'suggestions' and these are just 'suggestions' have been written...

1} This was the gate through which God entered the Temple, and no one else could walk where God had {Ezekiel 43:4,"And the glory of the LORD came into the house by the way of the gate whose prospect {is} towards the east."

2} The closed gate indicated that God would never again leave the Temple {Ezekiel 10:19, 11:23, "And the cherubim lifted up their wings, and mounted up from the earth in my sight: when they went out, the wheels also [were] beside them, and [every one] stood at the door of the east gate of the LORD'S house; and the glory of the God of Israel was over them above." "And the glory of the LORD went up from the midst of the city, and stood upon the mountain which [is] on the east side of the city."

3} It would prevent people from worshiping the sun as it rises in the east from within the Temple grounds...

Reflection:

!Are you keeping your east gate closed? Or are you fixing your eyes on something other than the King of Everything?

Proclamation:

Father God, search me and expose in me anything that might be un-pleasing to You. May all that is within me rise up and worship ONLY You. May the fruit of Your Son and His righteousness be evident in all that I do and say and may I release my own will into the more than capable hands of Your precious Holy Spirit. Father burn in me a new fire that will ignite that fire in my home, neighborhood, church family, every where I go may Your fire burn up those things that are not pleasing to You in my life all around me search and send me I shall go! In Jesus name. Amen!

Saints, lets make 2010 the year for Jesus to win over anything that the devil has planned for ALL those that we come into contact with! May 2010 be the greatest harvest year for the Kingdom of God that we have ever seen! I PROCLAIM, Here I am LORD send me! Make me the vessel that can release Your anointing to break the yokes of bondage and set the captives free! Here I am SEND ME!

THE TRUMPET by Bill Burns -- Dec. 28, 2009: I would prophecy to you in the name of Jesus Christ that He is for you and not against you. Please remember those that need some great encouragement this year for whatever reason! Lift up those less fortunate, lonely, feeling the loss of a loved one, family members that are away, those in need of healing, shut-ins, those in hospitals and maybe just maybe your neighbor next door! Please also remember those soldiers who will not be home for CHRISTmas in the physical, however, we all know that their spirit and hearts are there with their families! From our hearts and home to you and yours, Merry CHRISTmas we love you all!

John 17:13, "And now I am coming to you. I have told them many things while I was with them so they would be filled with {My} joy"... John 15:11, "I have told you this so you will be filled with {My} joy. Yes! Your joy will overflow"... "John 16:24, "You haven't done this before. Ask using {My} name, and you will receive, and you will have abundant joy"...

---->As I sat and meditated on these 'most' powerful promises I was overwhelmed with JOY. This is not your usual kind of 'happiness' no, this is JESUS'S promise of HIS joy! NOW that's the kind of joy I wish to be filled with and also overflow with each and every day!

---->What I have experienced is most of us when things are going well, we feel elated. However, when hardships come we tend to sink into depression. But 'true joy' transcends the rolling waves of our circumstances. Yeshua, {Christ Jesus}, haS given us His joy as in the promises in the Scriptures above. This joy comes from a 'constant' relationship with Him. Not just a 'casual' relationship but an 'intimate' one of closeness and dependance on Him.

----> He will help us walk through adversity without sinking into debilitating lows and manage prosperity wihtout moving into deceptive highs.

---->The joy of living with Christ Jesus daily will keep us leveled headed, no matter how high or low our circumstances. The key to immeasurable joy is living in 'intimate' contact with Christ, Who is the source of 'all' joy. When we do, we will experience God's special care and protection and see the victory God brings even when defeat seems certain ...

Psalms 16:5-11

"ADONAI, my assigned portion, my cup: you safeguard my share.
Pleasant places were measured out for me; I am content with my heritage.
I bless ADONAI, my counselor; at night my inmost being instructs me.

Hebrews 10:23

"Let us hold fast the profession of [our] faith without wavering; (for he [is] faithful that promised;)"

Reflection
Here the author calls us to hold fast. We must remain strong in the faith! However, our strength comes from our merciful Father alone; for He has promised to be faithful to us. God has promised to never leave nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5) and as we hold fast to the faith, He will strengthen our hands.

Isaiah 54:10
For the mountains shall depart, and the hills be removed; but my kindness shall not depart from thee, neither shall the covenant of my peace be removed, saith the LORD that hath mercy on thee.

---->Reflection
God gives this promise to His people—that no matter what happens on this earth, God will always love us and walk beside us. There is nothing that can separate us from the love of God (Romans 8:38-39).

---->My Prayer:
Dear Jesus, I thank You for Your wonderful love for me! Thank you that no matter what happens, Your love will never leave me.

God answers the prayers of those who seek His will. When you pray, believe you'll get an answer. When the answer comes, don't be surprised ... be thankful!

Father God, I see that Your grace is the resource for living as a Christlike overcomer, reigning in life. Lord, I humble myself before You, admitting my need for Your grace. I reach out to You in faith, praising You that there is abundance of grace available for such victorious living!
